Underground Force’s UG30FLT articulating fuel and lube truck offers extreme versatility in moving and delivering large volumes of products in the most extreme underground mining applications. The incorporation of the Cat® AD30 Underground Mining chassis adds reliability and efficiency, as this truck’s rugged construction is engineered for performance in underground applications. The combination of the already proven Cat design with the addition of Underground Force innovation makes this truck unique to the industry. The UG30FLT is designed to carry over 1500 gallons of fuel and 400 gallons of lubricant and coolant, along with other customizable product options. This truck offers fully baffled product tanks, product filtration and metering, heated product tanks when applicable, and enclosed reel compartment with easy roll ups doors. It has new and used filter storage and an LED lighting package. Our UGF product line goes through rigorous testing and certifications to ensure it is the safest in the industry along with meeting standards all over the world. Here are a few of those certifications we have proudly completed to date:   ROPS/FOPS Standards & Testing Our engineers determine our testing and certification needs for each piece of underground equipment we build and can meet standards all across the world. We also perform contract testing. This third party certification helps you to manage product liability and gives you the peace of mind that your cabs and ROPS are safe and reliable. This testing is conducted in accordance with two standards: • ISO 3471 = ROPS • ISO 3449 = FOPS Vale brake test Brake Testing The UG20M underground motor grader passed the Ontario, Canada underground brake requirements at the Vale Ramp in Sudbury, Ontario. The service brake and park brake safely stopped the UG20M on a 20% grade ramp
