The Ground Force Worldwide GF40DB 40-Ton OFFROAD DUMP TRUCK sets a whole new standard in fuel efficiency, lower maintenance costs, and offers you an extreme heavy-duty dump truck for construction and mining. With an innovative PATENT PENDING overlap design and a robust hydraulic system, these bodies are designed to outlast the typical 40-ton truck and increase the life of your equipment. We have two models of these – with and without tailgates.

We choose placement of these key materials to maximize performance of your Ground Force 40-Ton Dump Body. The strong and durable SSAB materials combined with our cutting-edge overlap, elliptical shape allow us to deliver a stronger dump body built with less material to increase your productivity and bottom line profitability.
Using a combination of traditional engineering analysis and finite element analysis, the design is evaluated for a variety of potential scenarios encountered during operations. Simulations of both normal operating conditions and abnormal conditions in which failure may occur allow the engineering team to optimize the design for strength, life, and weight.
