Jodi has over 20 years of marketing & sales experience. She has worked for companies both international and domestic, bringing new products to market as well as stimulating growth of existing brands. Her background is heavy in commercial design, making quality brand recognition a major focus. She holds responsibility for all levels of internal and external branding as well as communications and customer service.
Starting his career in the heavy duty engine manufacturing industry in 1974, Chuck has been involved in most aspects of the business, from sales, service and general management. Early years were spent at Northwest Motor Welding, then working alongside Ron Nilson at Tiger Engineering Corp. until the purchase of Ground Force Mfg. in 2001 where he currently manages the daily sales coordination.
Derrick has been with Ground Force since 2013. He started as our Transportation Coordinator and quickly added the role of Product Support Representative. With over 7 years in sales and customer support, Derrick now oversees all internal sales documentation, as well as assists Account Managers with quoting and customer correspondence. Derrick also continues to coordinate internal and customer transportation as needed.
With over 20 years of sales experience, Kerry brings to our team a wide range of skills, and a proven track record of developing customer relationships, listening to the customer needs and delivering the necessary solution. Kerry is a big proponent of our “Teamwork makes the Dreamwork” slogan, and was the Ground Force Worldwide employee of the year in 2014.
Aaron joined GFW in 2009 after one combat tour in Iraq and several years as an international trade specialist with the Idaho Department of Commerce. He is fluent in Spanish and proficient in Portuguese. He has lived abroad in the Dominican Republic, and has traveled to over 40 countries. Aaron currently manages GFW sales efforts in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Employed by Ground Force since 2001, Tim is experienced in all aspects of production, from fabrication, plant foreman, product support and sales. Tim was involved in the development of the GFW Parts & Product Support department, holding a brief role as Product Support Manager in 2011. Currently, he is responsible for sales in Africa, and parts of North America.
Adam has been in sales since 2002. He has been with Ground Force since 2012, effectively managing all internal sales documentation. Adam currently is our Account Manager in charge of Eastern North America, parts of Canada and Southern South America. Adam’s expertise in our product offering, as well as his Spanish-speaking abilities, make him a valuable asset to his customers.
Tibor joined Ground Force in September 2014 . Prior to 2014, he worked in different regional positions at the American embassy in Budapest, Hungary and the U.S. Consulate General in Frankfurt, Germany. Tibor currently manages GFW sales efforts in Europe, Russia, CIS and SWA.
Chris Moler leads our engineering group with over a decade of heavy equipment engineering. His experience in government sponsored research and development projects make Chris a key factor for Ground Force in our continuous improvement and future innovation. Chris instills confidence in his team by having clear vision and strong coaching skills.
Mark has been materials manager for GFW for over 26 years, overseeing purchasing, inventory control and warehouse, with cumulatively 30 years in the industry. Mark keeps our shelves stocked for customers while efficiently supplying our factories with parts & components. Mark is certified for APICS Production & Inventory.
Making his debut in the Aerospace industry in 1994, Tom’s extensive training and experience in aviation maintenance, risk analysis and mitigation, lean practices, organizational management and structuring quality assurance and control programs make him an excellent choice for his currently held position of General Manager of Production.
Thomas has over 10 years of fabrication and manufacturing experience on the factory floor. This along with his training in Lean Manufacturing, gives him a keen perspective on quality workmanship and general work flow. Thomas is a valued asset and appreciated for his consistency in his leadership as well as his ability to finish strong.
