GROUND FORCE WORLDWIDE TO ACQUIRE MEGA CORPORATION

With 2025 nearly in the rearview mirror, I hope that you are enjoying the final days of the year and looking forward to the calendar flipping to January in just a few weeks. This year has seen tremendous growth for both Ground Force Worldwide and TowHaul both domestically and internationally, and I can confidently say that everyone in Post Falls and Belgrade are looking forward to the heights we will reach in 2026.

To that point, I am thoroughly excited to announce today that Ground Force and Federal Signal Corporation have signed a definitive agreement to acquire MEGA Corporation, a leading manufacturer of specialty vehicles and support equipment for mining and heavy construction applications.

For nearly 50 years, MEGA has built a proud legacy of designing and manufacturing durable, high-performance water distribution equipment, service bodies, and specialty haulage equipment, with equipment in use at mining and construction sites in virtually every corner of the world.

MEGA’s complimentary product portfolio and shared global customer base is a compelling strategic fit alongside Ground Force and TowHaul, further solidifying our positioning as the premier source for superior quality mine support equipment. Additionally, this acquisition allows Ground Force to establish a stronger footprint in the heavy construction space with an expanded production offering that will include MEGA’s well-known construction support equipment.

Equally important to MEGA’s product offerings, we are also looking forward to welcoming the nearly 100 talented team members at MEGA’s operational home base and production facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico, into the Ground Force family here in Post Falls and around the world.
