Plug In The G11 Adaptor

Remove the cover on the electrical panel and verify the G11 Bluetooth adaptor is installed.
Make sure you will have a good internet connection available while Ground Force is accessing the truck.

Install

Contact Ground Force Mfg. to make sure the Engineer is available to access the truck remotely and to make sure they understand the problem the truck is having.
This can be done by e-mailing Larry Merrill and John Guadagnini
Set up an approximate time when truck will be available, for the engineer to access the truck.

Install The Software

Download the IQAN Sync app onto your smart phone.
Go to “Google Play” for Android or the “App Store” for Apple and download the “IQANsync” software.

Turn the power on at the chassis battery disconnect.
Turn the switch “on” in cab and energize Ground Force system. Truck does not need to be running.

Setup Software

Enable Bluetooth® on your cell phone
Connect your phone to Wi-Fi (hooking to cell phone operates poorly if at all and may have long distance charges)
Start the IQANSyncApp
Tap on the Connect Machine to Internet
Once prompted tap connect on the bottom of the screen
You will be displayed a “Key” this key will need to be given to Ground Force so we can log into the truck.
E-mail the code to Larry Merrill
Or call Ground Force at (1-208-664-9291) and ask for the person indicated in the e-mail them the Ground Force truck serial number and “Key” showing.
Leave the first phone next to the dongle and wait until the changes are completed.
A new code is produced everyday.

Note: Truck CANNOT BE in use while updates are being made to machine.

Finish Up

Once changes are completed test the truck fully to make sure everything is working correctly.
