With over 45,000 people in attendance at this years’ MINExpo – Ground Force Worldwide was in the spotlight, showcasing 7 trucks over the course of 7 days.

The experience for us was incredible! Standing tall at the corner of our 5000 sq foot booth was the World’s Largest Fuel and Lube truck, alongside of that was our 150th built Articulated 740 Fuel and Lube truck. Also drawing much attention was a cutaway of our 60,000 gallon water truck (the World’s Largest, spanning almost 35’ in length!) – showcasing our new Water Control System.

And as if that is not enough, we were proud to launch our NEW product line UnderGround Force. This product line was introduced with an underground personnel carrier and the “Star of the Show”, the 120K Motor Grader. With a sleek new design, this new motor grader is unlike any produced worldwide. This piece of equipment blends Caterpillar® reliability with revolutionary UnderGround Force design, setting a whole new standard in operational efficiencies, visibility, service ease and productivity in underground mining applications.

We were blessed with many V.I.P. visitors to our booth throughout the show, including Doug Oberhelman, the president and CEO of Caterpillar® Corporate, a 70+ billion dollar company. Later that day, under Doug Oberhelm’s advisement, several members of the Caterpillar Board of Directors stopped by to see first-hand, “How well Ground Force responds to their customers”. Included was Daniel Dickinson, Jesse Greene, Jr., Peter Magowan, Dennis Muilenburg, and Susan Schwab. Also present was Jon Huntsman, Jr., former US Ambassador to China and former Governor of Utah. We were both honored and proud to have their attendance. (Caterpillar Board of Directors)

Ground Force was also invited by CAT Global Mining to participate in the Tinaja Hills Show, located in Tucson, which is a “by invitation only” event 2 days prior and 2 days after the MINExpo show. This event includes CAT dealers and their customers, along with special Caterpillar VIP’s. On site was a Ground Force 740 Fuel and Lube truck that was custom built for a customer – headed south of the border. This was truly an honor to be asked to participate in this show. We walked away from the show with many orders in hand, which is unprecedented in a trade show environment of this format.

Ground Force took over 40 employees to the show, including sales staff, managers and factory workers. We planned for success, down to every last detail and in turn achieved it. We at Ground Force Worldwide thank each and every customer that visited our booth and are pleased with the interest generated from the show. We look forward to working with each and every one of you and look forward to the next MINExpo 2016!
