Ground Force Worldwide announces an agreement to acquire MEGA Corp., a leading manufacturer of specialty vehicles and equipment for mining and heavy construction applications. This acquisition brings Ground Force and Mega, two of the largest players in the mining and heavy construction industries, together with TowHaul under Federal Signal’s metal extraction group.
