MINEXPO 2012 was a huge Success for GROUND FORCE WORLDWIDE!
With over 45,000 people in attendance at this years’ MINExpo - Ground Force Worldwide was in the spotlight, showcasing 7 trucks over the course of 7 days. The experience for us was incredible! Standing tall at the corner of our 5000 sq foot booth was the World’s Largest Fuel and Lube truck, alongside of that was our 150th built Articulated 740 Fuel and Lube truck. Also drawing much attention was a cutaway of our 60,000 gallon water truck (the World’s Largest, spanning almost 35’ in length!) – showcasing our new Water Control System. And as if that is not enough, we were proud to launch our NEW product line UnderGround Force. This product line was introduced with an underground personnel carrier and the “Star of the Show”, the 120K Motor Grader. NWCN.com Posted on July 3, 2012 at 6:38 PM POST FALLS-- A North Idaho heavy equipment company officially put more than one hundred people to work Monday in post falls, The company is still hiring as business grows at Ground Force Manufacturing. New jobs have a lot to do with a major expansion that’s still going on at ground force. New faces at Ground Force Manufacturing are helping break in a new massive 85,000 square foot work shop. The new-hires are welders and machinists who are helping build huge pieces of mining equipment. The shop opened Monday. CEO Ron Nilson says his work force has grown from about 100 last year to about 225 employees working in North Idaho. Ground force still has positions to fill. Grand Opening of NEW 85,000 sq ft. factory in Idaho
Ground Force Manufacturing proudly announces the Grand Opening of its NEW state-of-the-art 85,000 square foot factory. This increase more than triples its production capacities in the Post Falls/Coeur d’Alene area, offering more jobs into the local community. The grand opening was well attending with many local dignitaries, special guests included Governor Butch Otter and Director of Commerce Jeff Sayer. Ground Force has been blessed with business growth in many areas. In the last 3 years, it has increased our factory square footage from 55,000 to 240,000, and grown its skilled labor workforce by more than 300%. Ground Force to open new facility in April, adding hundreds of jobs

Mining equipment manufacturer Ground Force will open their new state of the art facility in just a few months. KREM 2’s Cole Heath got the opportunity to tour the 85,000 square foot shop Tuesday. He says it is huge and will soon be filled with all sorts of people being put back to work. Officials say crews are already busy making all kinds of heavy-duty mining equipment. They say a larger facility and additional crews are needed. Officials say Ground Force will open the massive workshop in April. CEO Ron Nilson says the new building is only about 50% complete at this point. He says hundreds of new employees will be making the heavy-duty rigs when the building is complete.
