A REVOLUTIONARY APPROACH TO DUST SUPPRESSION.
In addition to the fogger units, Ground Force Fogger Trucks offer multiple spray configurations with adjustable spray heads to allow water volume and direction control. This helps achieve optimal spray levels for dust suppression while being sensitive to water conservation.
- PRINCIPLES OF DUST CONTROL: Special nozzles with ceramic inserts produce a fine atomized mist, which effectively encompasses the dust particles directly at the source. The high performance fans with a 52-degree angle of inclination and a 350-degree rotation angle ensure maximum operating range to save both water and energy.
- PATENT PENDING NOZZLES: The patented nozzle head is inset into the cone of the turbine to protect the mist from the wind, allowing the best initial trajectory of the water mist. The nozzles are made from ceramic and easy to clean. Available in many sizes based on your truck size, this solution is suitable for all types of mining and construction applications. Water consumption is adjustable through modern electric valve technology.
- WHY IT WORKS: Smaller droplets offer better dust-binding action. It works because the nozzles produce a large volume of strategically sized water droplets that encompass dust particulates in the air. The water droplets range in equivalence from a “wet fog” to a “light rain”, optimal conditions for dust control without heavy moisture coverage.

Introducing a new way to tackle dust suppression and dust clouds, utilizing the science of water molecule size to obtain optimum performance for your water management program. The Ground Force Fogger Truck offers (2) misting cannons (creating a fog-like mist) as a solution to mitigate dust. These Fogger Trucks are perfect for utilization at dump sites, stock piles, shovel faces and other challenging dusty areas.
The misting system integrates into the heavy-duty Ground Force body on the rear deck assembly, which is engineered into the framework. This decking system houses the misting cannons, generator, and pumps. The misting cannons “catch” the dust particulates out of the air, utilizing significantly less water than a typical water spray head. They blow water molecules or “mist” over 300 feet, offering the ability to tackle large dust clouds that reduce visibility and create issues for neighboring towns and highways.
The Ground Force Fogger tank is designed for mobile or stationary use, allowing the misting cannons to run independently off a power pack.
Our water tanks are engineered with an internal endoskeleton and dual-radius semi-elliptical shape. This design allows for an optimal center of gravity while providing the strength needed for your water tank to last in tough conditions.
